The Office of the Registrar at the Cyprus Research and Technology Institute for Higher Studies (CRTIHS) is committed to providing efficient, accurate, and student-centered administrative services to support academic records, enrollment, and graduation processes. Our mission is to maintain the integrity of student records, ensure compliance with institutional policies, and facilitate academic progress for all students.
The Registrar’s Office serves as the official custodian of academic records and is responsible for key administrative functions such as:

To ensure a smooth experience, students and alumni are encouraged to plan ahead, follow deadlines, and use the available online services to request academic documents and complete administrative procedures.
To request a transcript, students must contact registrar office first. Our automatic email replay will guide you with appropriate fees and current processing time
Complete the Online Form (contact us) – The only way to request transcripts verification is through the official online form with subject line "Transcript verification Request"
Pay the Appropriate Fees – Transcript verification requests are not processed without payment confirmation.
Ensure All Financial Dues Are Cleared – Transcripts will only be issued if there are no outstanding balances with the university.
Provide Correct Mailing or Electronic Submission Details – Incorrect information may delay processing.
Attach copy of the Diploma and Transcripts.
Standard Processing Time: 8 to 12 weeks
Busy Periods (End of Semesters, Graduation Season): Additional 2 to 4 weeks may be required
Expedited Processing (if available): Additional fees may apply
Important Note: Due to seasonal demand and high-volume requests during graduation periods, start of semesters, and application deadlines, students are advised to request transcripts well in advance to avoid last-minute complications. Delays beyond our standard timeline are possible during peak times.
Employers, government agencies, and educational institutions often require verification of enrollment or degree completion for employment, academic transfers, or professional licensing.
Submit a Verification Request Online – Forms must be submitted via the official CRTIHS website.
Pay the Verification Fee – The request will not be processed without payment.
Allow Adequate Processing Time – Verification may take longer during peak seasons.
Regular Requests: 6 to 10 weeks
Busy Seasons (Admissions & Graduation Periods): Additional processing time may apply
Tip: To prevent delays, applicants and organizations should submit requests well in advance and avoid urgent last-minute applications.
Graduating students must fulfill all academic and financial requirements to be eligible for their degree. The Registrar’s Office oversees the graduation clearance process and diploma issuance.

Submit the graduation application by the deadline
Clear any financial obligations to the institution
Ensure contact details are updated for diploma delivery
Standard Processing: Diplomas are usually issued 8 to 12 weeks after the official graduation date.
Digital Diploma Copies (if applicable): May be available upon request.
Replacement Diplomas: Available for a fee, with standard processing timelines.
The Office of the Registrar handles course registration, schedule adjustments, and academic record management. Students must follow the academic calendar for registration deadlines and ensure they meet course prerequisites.
