Following the closure, CRTIHS retains custody of all academic and financial records of former students.
Key Information for Former Students:
Online request and fulfillment services are available for CRTIHS transcripts.
Transcripts can be requested by anyone who completed a course at any CRTIHS campus or center.
Processing time: 6 to 8 weeks depending on seasonal demand.
Important: We highly recommend applying early to avoid processing delays, especially during peak periods.
To request transcript attestation and certification, please follow the five-step process below:
Enrollment verifications, degree verifications, and duplicate diplomas for former CRTIHS students are processed by the Registrar Services, which is outsourced to a certified third party. Student have to pay the fees and attach along with proof of payments
All information is held in strict confidence and released only in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended in 1995, and location-specific privacy regulations.
If the law prohibits the release of your transcript without written authorization, we will require written consent from the student before releasing certified copies.
The Registrar Services can provide:
A certified copy of the transcript
A copy of the custodian letter
A letter of enrollment verification
A notarized copy of the CRTIHS diploma
Note: All these documents are provided only upon receiving written permission from the student with proof of payments.
Registrar Services will email certified documents only to authorized recipients, including:
Government agencies
The State Department and embassies
Universities and schools
Employers and employment verification agencies
Documents will be sent as per the student’s specific request.
Processing time: 6 to 8 weeks
Recommendation: Apply well in advance to avoid delays, especially during peak seasons.
If your employer requires an attested or verified diploma, the same request process applies.
If you do not require the original diploma to be attested, you may send a copy of the diploma to Registrar Services for processing.
Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Seasonal demands (e.g., graduation periods, start of semesters, and application deadlines) may extend processing times beyond the standard 6 to 8 weeks.
